    i felt this project is coatingf too high for the location as well the rooms are very small , i have booked 2 flats in VMAKS LAUREL yesterday very good deal and very spacious flat 1306 dimension was given for a very good price and also they have promised me tat they ll give the rental income upto 2l

    Hi, i have visited this property and the price quoted by them is too high for a low rise building,and i feel the rooms are very small.. can anyone suggest me with bigger rooms where it fits my wardrobe and so on,with a bigger dimension,i have heard about vmaks is giving furnished flat with exciting offers and also approved by RERA.

      Hi, I visited number of properties near sarjapur road and electronicity i found all the prop[erties are coating high price and i even i didnt like the construction but i felt vmaks laurel quiet good with its construction quality and also prices are also good planning to book a flat here and i suggest if you are looking for property in sarjapur road you can have look at vmaks laurel and they have told me that i can get upto 90% loan

      Hi Poornima, You shall have a look at VMAKS LAUREL near by. I did book a unit here which is 1335sft 2bhk, also its a 13 floor building with most of the amenities then at Smrithi. This is the only highrise property in this location as now if am not wrong. The builder is also well known in Electronic city as they have delivered many properties in Ecity Phase2. Make sure you visit the property before finalising on anything. Its worth a walk to you.

    Hi, I had visited couple of properties in sarjapur road last week i found sri ram and sowparnika are coating bit more cost and also not happy with the construction quality and also amenities …. found vmaks laurel pretty good project which has very good offers and also locality and also the executives gave the complete information regarding bank procedures and possession

    Hi, i have visited couple of properties in sarjapur location, i feel the quality of construction and the price quoted is not a match,where i see that it is low rise also… As i am looking for high rise i prefer vmaks with good view and amazing offers like furnished flat and the 2BHK are also spacious and they are providing very well aminities..where i am satisfied with their price quotation…So planning to buy a flat in vmaks as the quality of construction and their price…

    i have visited some of the properties near sarjapur road like sriram smriti , sowparnika swastika and vmaks laurel but i feel the cost what they are coating is too high i found vmaks quiet reasonable as they are giving four offers and 3000/sft and also have very good amenities… surprising thing is like they are also coming up with day care as well and also i liked the construction quality i would suggest people who are searching for property in sarjapur road to have look at vmaks laurel ….

    I had visited this property long back . Location wise its good but again pricing is too high for such a interior property as am working in TVS. I too visited some other properties like vmaks laurel , opulence etc in the same location which is just like an half a km from the circle. vmaks laurel was the one of the best property which i came across in that location . let it be like price , quality of construction and the response from sales team as well. They are very good at their quality & moreover the most important which i liked was they dont have common walls with 70% open space . Am planning to take my family to visit again this weekend before that i would like to know few details of this property like are they providing cc & oc and when is the expected date of possession. If anyone who had booked in this property can always get in touch with me on the below number .

    I had visited this property couple of days back with my family. Am looking in this location becos my husband is working in Ashok Leyland. Location wise we are fine but the price what they quoted for this property is very high and that too its an low rise apartment. I too visited some other projects like DS max & Vmaks laurel. I personally like vmaks laurel as it is very much near to the main circle & moreover its an high rised apartment with no common walls which was attracted me along with the dimensions as its starting range is of 1300+ sft. And they are offering a very good price which includes interiors , car & rental assistence also. Its been approved under rera as well . Planning to visit again this weekend for the final discussion. If it suits my budget am planning to book an 2 bhk in laurel.

      I Liked vmaks laurel so planning to book there as it goes with my budget and also has very good amenities where the 2Bhk flat of 1360 is 47lakh inclusive of everything and also has no pre EMI option untill possesion basically i am happy with vmaks laurel

I too visited other properties like vmaks laurel & om sai opulence is the same location out of which laurel was pretty good & moreover its located within half a kilo meter from the main circle . It has no common walls & all are very spacious dimensions are starting from 1300 sft which was the most important thing which i liked . And moreover they are giving very exiciting offers like car , Interiors etc. But again being a customer i have few concerns about the project can any of the booked client can clear be the following concerns.

    * Is Laurel registererd under RERA.
    * Are they giving OC & CC.
    * When is the excepted time of possession.

      You have taken wise decision in choosing vmaks. I had booked an 2 bhk flat in vmaks laurel which is of 1311 sft very recently. As per your above queries vmaks laurel is been approved by RERA & they are promised me to give both OC & CC. Am really happy to be a part of vmaks as they service after sales is also upto mark all your concerns & queries will be soughted out within a specific time. Am eagerly waiting for my possession to enjoy the amenities as they are giving all world class amenities.

    This Property Is Not suited for the Price Quoted By the company, its too high and the quality is just ok, but i also saw a property called Vmaks Laurel which has very good constructon, When price compared by these two property as well as quality, Sriram is no match for Vmaks.

    I had booked flat in Shriram and had given 10% payment during June. after 2 months during August end check got cleared(With multiple follow ups) and still sale agreement is not ready they are delaying with out giving any clear reason. I am worried and doubting whether they have all needed approvals? Due to this GST and RERA act are they stuck somewhere?
    Please advise and let me know the comments whatever you are aware of this project. So can anyone suggest the best property..as it is so much delayed and looking for under construction property with high rise..

      I have a property in SHriram Summit..This is true the after sales team here is bad, they do not respond properly it is only until we give the booking amount further have to run around them for the agreement and posession. Am getting to hear a lot about VMAKS property near by planning to visit this weekend, happen to talk to the sales guy there, they got very good offers as well for the same price. The price they are telling is very competitive.Hope will like the project. Am planning to sell this. pls anyone can reach me on the above number if interested

    Hi, i visited this property couple of weeks back and i see that they are quoting higher price than all other properties,in the same particular location… And on the way,visited some more properties and when compared this seem to be cost high and the 2bhk available here is of lesser dimension and i was not okay with the room,as it is of lesser dimensions… As my budget is 50lacs for 2BHK and need a bigger dimension more than 1200sqft,so i go with vmaks laurel property and it is high rised with peaceful and good environment…will be visiting Vmaks this week and book a 2BHK..

    I had visited this property couple of days before . I felt the price is too high because its too interior from the attibele circle . I too visited couple of other properties in same location like laurel & celebrity , these properties seems to be good in both the aspects but personally felt vmaks laurel is the best in the entire road as its an high rised apartment as well as its located within half km from the circle . The most important thing which i liked was the offers given by them & no common walls. Planning to visit again coming weekend along with family .

    I had visited this property last month but i personally feel that the price quoted by them seems to be higher for an 4 storey apartment . When i visited the properties in the same location known as vmaks laurel they quoted me very atttractive price along with few offers like car , interiors n all. Quality of construction also seems to be very good in the entire road & it was an high rised apartment with lots of open space & greenaries . Now am planning to invest in laurel, so kindly the people who had purchased can suggest how to take it forward as am very much interested due to the pricing & offers.

      Hi Mr.Ranjith thanks for the review it did help me in visiting the property of VMAKS, the project is awesome with all amenities, am planning to close the deal in VMAKS in the 12th floor,where in the the Shriram is coating so high for a low storey building, for the same price am getting a fully furnished unit in the higher floor so I have a wonderful view around as well, and quality wise is also good thanks to VMAKs, hope everything goes gd and will finalise the unit asap..
