      The price per unit for a 2 BHK apartment at Shriram Blue starts from Rs 70 lakhs onwards, the project also offers a 3BHK apartment at 90 lakhs, the 2 BHK apartments has a built up area of 1285 sqft and the 3 BHK apartments has a built up area of 1650-2150 sq ft of space. The project has a beautiful viewpoint which thoroughly enthralls the people of the place, the experience and perception of an individual is enhanced manifold with these types of views. Shriram Blue has a 25—acre Yele Malappa Shetty Lake near the project, the lake actually is located at the backdrop of the project. The entire project Shriram Blue is developed with nature and greenery as a premise, the project comprises with lots of open and green space which ensures clean and healthy air for the residents, the space within the project has been created with lots of green areas, and these areas thoroughly offer the residents natural, green and energetic experiences.

I am fully convinced that Shriram Properties after witnessing all these have launched the project Shriram Blue, the project is located in Whitefield extension, off Hoodi junction. The location advantage of the project in quite indicative upfront as Whitefield is a very popular name which directly connotes to IT industry; therefore one need not have any doubts with respect to the location.

      I came to know about the project Shriram Blue through one of my colleagues, we work together at ITPL, Whitefield and we know the place like the back of our hand, we visited the site location and procured all the information and details about Shriram Blue, initially we did have some interest on the project but gradually our interest levels waned out and we decided not to buy in this project, the main reason being the overall planning and execution of the project.
