    hi this is Fadde, I have purchased a flat in Sekhar Casa Bianca, i must say that the build quality is very good in accordance to the budget and the management is very helpful. i would refer my friends to buy a flat at Casa Bianca. there are some people who are talking bad about the project. i would request them, not to exploit the builder by posting negative.

    Sorry Sekhar Developer there is no less than 1 star or else i would have given it to you happily. When this casbianca projected started the builder and there staffs where in so confidence that this project will get completed by December 2016 but its now August 2017 and still construction going on. I would like to point out few points before you godhead and buy the property from this builder.
    1) First and most important if you have spare money kept in your account then only proceed to buy the property from this builder or else you feel very sad after spending your whole life saving because the quality of constructions is really not good, cheap quality tiles used no proper quality check done before handovering the flat.
    2) You will be only be able to meet the builder till you will make the payment, once your payment is completed and no left over amount this CEO will vanish from this earth and the way they will treat you is like you will be fighting for your own things (asking them to complete the pending works and even after you give them the date when you will be shifting they will not finish the work and will just handover to you.)
    3) Now some how you got shifted, you will find tiles not properly placed, no proper quality check done before handover, and you try calling these people hundred times there will be no response and you will feel very frustrated, no proper facility working like lifts, power backup, water supply and you will be completely helpless.
    4) There may be people who might had good experience with them but the people who purchased casablanca flat are no happy from any corner. you can come to site and knocks anyone’s door he will give a list of issues they are facing and faced with this builder.

    Request you people think 200 times before you invest your hard earned money with this builder, the sooner you learn the more you will be safe. we faced these problems don’t want others to face the same. Personally there is no grudge on builder but these people forget how we save our penny and buy property from them but they don’t have that respect for your money and for you, you are just a source for them to make money don’t be that source.
