    Builder seems to b some fraud. im glad i didnt invested there. i went there in May 2015 and i was told that apartment will be ready in dec 2015 .. and still when i pass that road i see the same uncompleted structure .

    I am just coming after meeting Sumruddhi’s Manager for Project Delivery MR. Santhosh.

    He told me that the Sunshine Project was delayed due to Delayed funds as old financier pulled back from the project and the financier is ready. I have asked them to send an email to all customers to confirm that finances for Project is fixed and work will start.

    He told by today and Monday they will send email’s to all Sumruddhi Sunshine Customers and will send a email invitation to all customers to join and talk to Sunshine company Directors on our Project Site. He confirmed that positively the project work will start by next Wednesday.

    I request all customers to talk to Sumruddhi and seek explanation on the project status and work schedule . I will go to their office next Wednesday if i do not see their email. Also lets all come on the project site the next Saturday to meet so we all can form a group and communicate together.

    Unprofessional builder, no proper communication. sunshine project is already delayed by 1.5 years and work is still pending.

    Worst builder, the projects are delayed without any reason. Having a real bad experience with this builder.No proper communication to owner.
    Earlier I thought only Sunshine project is delayed but now coming to know that wintergreen project is also not getting executed properly.C ame to know that
    Some of the sunshine owner’s have sent them legal notice and planning to go to Consumer court.

    Samruddhi is the worst developer. No proper communication, no proper replies to queries . Have not seen such an unprofessional lot. Sunshine is delayed by 1.5years and Wintergreen construction is also halted.
    Stay away from this builder.

    Project is already delayed by 1.5 yrs, still no hope of handover in near future. Moreover no response from builder on handover and completion dates……………

    Having a real bad experience with Samruddhi reality.None in their CRM team has any proper answer for reason of delay in the project. On top of this their CRM changes every 2 months have spoken to 3 different CRM heads in last 6 months.
    Every meeting we have with them they give a new date of delivery.
    We’re now thinking of sending them a legal notice as the project is already delayed by more then a year.
