    Hi all, even I have booked in this property during Launch time, this property is really good & value for money, i have taken 2BHK apartment facing Landscape area.

    I have verified this property’s legal documents after giving booking amount through my lawyer, he gave a clean opinion.

    Initially, this property was approved only by HDFC bank & sales people assured that other banks approvals including SBI is under process. Also, builder dint demand any money towards construction till they got approvals from SBI & other banks, but they continued the construction work.

    Now it is been approved by all leading banks including SBI, for immediate approval from the SBI you can speak to SBI employee MR. Satya Bose- 8892817526 ( RAPC ).

    Please suggest if it is worth buying? Also I have been told that the pricing is around 54 lakhs. Does it include the registration charge or not?
