    Friends. Salarpuria altana recently prelaunch project does not follow any vastu at all. When I asked the sales team they told they can’t do much about it .so friends before booking check the vastu thru floor plans before repenting in the future.

    Does it make sense to invest in Salarpuria Greenage as of now, at 4200/psf? Are the legal issues surrounding the project over as the banks have started to approve loans for this project?

      There is absolutely no issues regarding Greenage. Its one of the safest option for investment with all major banks approving the loan. I booked 1 unit there.

        Legal issues, mostly cleared.
        67 lakhs issue is pending between SS and bbmp.

        There are lot other issues in this building
        Security, basement flooding, bad maintenance though building is new ! …

    I m looking for residential apartment near to silk board area only. i have visited Greenage. they are quoted Rs.5400/sq.ft. 3bhk is around 1cr. Isn’t that rate is bit high for that area? i m looking it for investment purpose. Will i get good appreciation in future for that project?

      The Salarpuria Greenage is the only best option available near silk board and Rs.5400/ Sft is not high too. Expected Appreciation Trend for Salarpuria Greenage is 25 % on YOY basis. I Suggest you to go-head with this project.

    I’m very happy to be a resident of Salarpuria Sattva Greenage.

    A great environment with all the modern amenities.

    I have never faced any problems in regards to the security , nor the management.

    I’m very happy to live in this beautiful abode.

    am also beginning to experience what ashok has written above. i have been trying to get a reply to one of my queries even 5 mails and phone calls later the CRM executive does not feel it necessary to reply or call back.

    am not even sure what lies ahead

    They give the name of just one CRM executive, no escalation , no customer grievance , and absolutely no contact details of their top management. so how are consumers supposed to get their grievances addressed.

    the salarpuria sattava as a company does not have any customer grievance mechanism and all customer handling is left to whims and fancies of that one CRM executive

    Hi All,

    One the worst experience you can get is from greenage customer service reps.
    Very poor planning and execution as a whole.
    Apt finish are not up to standard, even after repeated emails one cant get any positive response.

    Salarpuria management needs to seriously take up customer satisfaction, i have seen many complaints and dis-satisfaction being reported in the yahoo owners group.
