    Hi all , any one booked flat from land owner please contact me or give your contact.I booked one flat on April 2017.
    I want to know if you got quater party agreement from builder. How they are taking GST charge @12 % on the total value . On my sale agreement letter which happened before june2017 Get was not mentioned at all. NOW THEY ARE FORCING CUSTOMER TO PAY THAT.

    How far is this from the proposed metro station. Also would be the appreciation after completion of the project which is almost 3 years from now. And how about the traffic at Kudlu junction and cauvery water situation.

      Nearest proposed Metro Station would be Approx 3 Kms. proposed Metro Station would be at Hosa Road / Basapura Road Projected Growth rate is 10 % YOY. You can expect Rs. 7000 / Sft by 2019. Compare to Basapura & Hosa Road Juction. Kudulu witness less traffic density. Cauvery Pipe line work is under progress.
