    Saibya Structures head by three Gupta brothers is a rogue company intent on cheating consumers in broad daylight. False promises made and bundles of lies delivered to mislead consumers. Amounts of clients are diverted to other purposes.
    About 100 families are suffering now.
    Kindly click the link rera.karnataka.gov.in to register complaints. Recently a client was directed to be paid ₹52 lacs plus interest as compensation. Disposal of complaints are moving at a reasonably good pace. Going to Google search and typing RERA COMPLAINTS KARNATAKA will bring out many links pertaining to redressal grievances with RERA Karnataka.

    Very poor commitment on promises made. Payments made by clients are diverted for other purposes. Time overrun is more than one year now. Work at Sterling project which is the first one is hardly progressing and if at all at a snail’s pace. Materials used are of inferior quality. They have no workforce of their own. It’s broad daylight cheating. Friends are advised to avoid Saibya projects as far as possible….
