      The possession time will be 36months from now. They have received all the approvals, currently, the marketing office is under construction. This will be surely the best apartment to buy if you’re looking for a Pre-Launch near manyta tech park. PROVIDENT Northern Destiny will have around 400 units and the price is very affordable compared to the specifications and amenities. More over this a project from PURAVANKARA, who are one of the best developers in South India.

      So overall it’s a very good apartment to purchase at the current rates.
