    I have plenty of doubts and apprehensions on the concept of affordable housing, its implementation, durability and its longevity. As the rising construction prices are soaring to greater heights how can affordable housing be possible in today’s times and moreover in a city like Bangalore. Pl clarify my doubts?

    I am a Bachelor and I am staying alone in Bangalore at a rented apartment, one of my friends suggested about the pod or 1 RK accommodation which comes with around 430 sq ft. I enquired about the accommodation and I was more that pleased to know about the pod or 1 RK kind of accommodation, this is exactly what I want, the price is also easily affordable by me and it was like a blessing in disguise to know about this kind of accommodation, it perfectly fits me in every way and I could also stay for few years after my marriage also.
