    Having seen the projected amenities , specifications and transparency, I had planned to book a flat in this project. But, I find from the comments that the project suffers a huge delay. Can any one throw light as to the present status of the project, presently expected date of completion and advisability of booking a flat?

      Only till you make booking they will entertain you, afterwards they won’t answer emails/phone calls . Even they wont meet you too.. I faced the this issue, so i can only advise you, but the decision is yours sir. If you ask me, run away from this builder.

      Hello, Dont ever waste your money in this Building. Prisha Properties (Golden Gate Group) is owned cheats and the project is not completed for more than 4 years and work has stopped 3 years back. They are trying to handover the project to another builder, they are equally same caliber as Golden Gates. They look at maximising their profits only and not worried about the customers. So far no deal is done, but they might restart construction very soon. Be aware you could loose your entire money if you invest. They are least worried about court cases and Judgement given by court, they will not follow any law. Please keep away from these ra***s.

        Hi I have also booked in 2015 and was supposed to get possession by July2016. There is no response from the builder office on the status of resumption of work. The staff has also changed. New CRM has been talking about owner’s meet for some time now but really no feedback.In case someone has latest up date ,please share. I think we are in deep trouble and this may be right time to get together and seek redressel.

      The Project is well connected with access to Hospitals, Bus Stops. But is far from Railway Stations, Metro Stations. It has access to Roads like OuterRing Road and Bus Stops like Manyata Tech Park Bus Stop and Hospitals like Columbia Asia Hospital. This project is recommended for people who use car more frequently for commuting.

      Yes, investing in north zone of Bangalore will give you good rate of return in future, because today north Bangalore is considered as a major IT hub and real estate giant. The multidirectional growth of the city has turned as preferred real estate destination for many individuals, especially for Non Resident Indians who are planning to return back to India from abroad

      The potential for appreciation in north Bangalore is comparatively higher than east zone. Due to the rapid development, market trend suggests an appreciation rate of approximately 20- 30%.

      Bangalore North is a perfect destination for investment, since civic infrastructure is much better as compared to other places in the Bangalore city. There are plenty of residential apartments and plots available for occupying, but not many buyers since prices are high. Considering most of the software companies which are situated in South and East parts of Bangalore I think the prices are high in North. But, gradually commercial buildings are filling up on Airport road and a few tech parks are coming namely, bharthia city near Thanisandra, HGS global park in chikkajala close to the airport.

      Once these are operational the demand may go sky-high and it might give a good value for investment. Areas to consider in North Bangalore are Jakkur which has BDA layout and approved A Khata layouts and apartments, Thanisandra and baglur road. Baglur is already developed area but mostly revenue pockets which might offer economical price.

      If your are looking to maximise your return over 10 years of time, the. North Bangalore is right choice.

      Currently the northern part of the Bangalore city is nascent markets which are expected to emerge as locations with high rentals in the next five years.

      At present, the average rental for a 2BR apartment in and around of Hebbal and Thanisandra Road is more or less Rs 20,000-25,000 per month.

      One can see the appreciation of land value in this region, around 15-18 percent annum.
