    Its a good project and has good connectivity. I just booked a 2BHK last week. Its built by L&T constructions, so quality wise i don’t see any problems.     PJC does not have Cauvery water connection on premises. On a reply of email, they mentioned they have NOC from BWSSB. Can anyone explain what does that exactly means?

    Is it worth buying a property in this part of the Bangalore City where the current project “Prestige Jindal City” is coming up and is there a Metro Connectivity to this project?

    • Prestige Jindal City is located in between Nelamangala and Peenya which lies on the Bangalore-Tumkur Highway (NH-4). This is one of the biggest and famous industrial area in the Asia with around 5000 small scale units and close to 30 medium industry. This area has many other benefits like
