    prestige jindal city comes under the boundaries of Bangalore Water Supply & Sewage Board and has a good water connectivity and surrounded by water bodies like

    Is it worth buying a property in this part of the Bangalore City where the current project “Prestige Jindal City” is coming up and is there a Metro Connectivity to this project?

    • Prestige Jindal City is located in between Nelamangala and Peenya which lies on the Bangalore-Tumkur Highway (NH-4). This is one of the biggest and famous industrial area in the Asia with around 5000 small scale units and close to 30 medium industry. This area has many other benefits like

      *Hassan, Mangalore Road
      *Mumbai road
      *well connected to the NICE corridor

      Regarding the Metro Connectivity to Prestige Jindal Projects. The present green line Namma Metro connects from Nagasandra to yelachanhalli. So the Nagasandra stop will be around 3KM’s from this project. But the upcoming station will be at Manjunath Nagar, Prestige Jindal and Bangalore international exhibition center. So, Prestige Jindal metro stop will be 11th stop from Majestic.
