After seeing there grand opening and without any second thought i booked a flat and paid 1lakh and flet that i am one of the luckiest peron who invested in bangalore and dreaming of not paying anything untill its got finished (no pre-emi scheme).
The next day I want to see my future house surroundings and while exploring the site found sorry discovered the dump yard and got stunned. Oh my god this is what i have to see everyday after i bought this house.
I try to beg my money back I don’t want any house in dump yard and finally they showed mercy to me and gave back 75000.
I dont know how many cancelled with in one year. if it is 200. total 200*25000=50,00,000 laks.
moral : the moment your money is in others hand its in not yours.

As per the current status of the project the dumyard is permanently shifted to another location & there is not any dumyard near the project. Todays construction status Tower 1 & 2 are 90% construction done. And handover shall begin in 10 months from now.
Deduction on the refund is agreed by all the customers as per the booking form signed by customers.

Pashmina is the worst builder…am stuck with them from March 2013. Finally, last year after 5 years of the chase they agree to pay back my money after deducting 10% which was fine. However, my loan is still active with PNB and Pashmina is paying EMI and worst part they are not returning the money which they have taken from Bank and every month I have to followup with there incompetent CRM team to followup on the EMI amounts.

Based on the reviews and experiences of others, I purchased an apartment in pashmina All the internal specifications like vitrified and ceramic tiles, granite slab etc. is up to the mark, no such deviations from what was promised earlier.

Most of the time, it’s a compromise in a city like Bangalore. The apartments are congested with no open spaces around. I came across pashmina recently, a project which is spread across an area with good open spaces, in a city like Bangalore is too good. This one feature caught my attention and made me buy a pashmina. Pashmina brookwoods is a cheaters paradise. Even now the price shown is 14.40 L for IBHK. when I asked them to return my money they say 10% of the flat cost will be deducted which is 1.68 lakhs and not 1.40 lakhs. Though I have asked my money back several times it has not come back yet. On 13.8.2018 I surrendered and asked for refund of my 5 lakh and odd parked with them for nearly 5 years now without interest. They mailed saying 1.68 will be deducted I agreed to come out. Till date I have no clue as to what is happening. All will agree that a cheque preparation will not take more that 2 months. I just wish to come out. I think going to media like the# ME TOO moment will be helpful to get our money back.

We as customers who have invested in this project now don’t find any hopes at all. The possession date was August 2016 and there is hardly 10% completion of project. The best part is that PNB already released 80% of the loan amount without even the construction started. We are struck between builder and the bank. Think before investing!!!

A word of caution for anyone who plans to invest in this property as we 700 customers have got stuck for the past three years now with no hopes from the builder to construct in this project.
A site visit shall indicate that it’s turned into a graveyard!!

Hi I was hoping after having a bad experience from dream gk will not hav any bad experience from pashmina brookwoods however I am stuck in between neither builder is doing construction neither they are answering calls neither they are replying to my mails . I don’t know in such situations how to build trust. They are suppose to pay pre emi for the period they offer no visibility around. But I would suggest here till builder don’t address the issues would not recommend to invest.

recently I have visited Pashmina Brookwoods project the way they are completing the project is good as compared to others. As in Bangalore they are many real estate companies who have not delivered the projects after completion dates. They as planning to do this and complete the project in time.

I have visited Brookwoods last week and over all I felt good about the project. Since I was looking for affordable flats in Bangalore with a budget which is up to my budget. Budigere 2 bhk flats which are for sale in in Bangalore has the best amenities and quality construction is also great.
I had check many online reviews about pashmina Brookwoods reviews and after reading all those I have got confused with the reviews after visiting the project and interaction with the team I strongly felt that Brookwoods is the best place to invest in Bangalore irrespective of the online reviews of Brookwoods reviews.
Just see it and believe it and take a decision to invest on Brookwoods

I have already done all the formalities and loan also has been disbursed, BUILDER IS NOT YET FINALIZED & NOW THEY WONT BE ABLE TO DELIVER IN 2016 as they are not using pre-cast technology. Pre-Emi is valid till 3 years i.e 2017 after that as per agreement it will come on to you. What ever time lines or commitment they had given till now they have not been able to fulfill it. I have got stuck in this property so will suggest STRICTLY DONT INVEST TILL THEY START CONSTRUCTION.
