    are there any prescribed sizefor lifts in apartments ?

    I visited this property and the location is really good. but the lifts looked really small. on enquiry the salesguy said they provide only 2 passenger lifts. this is a 14 storey complex. they say they will not allow anyone to use lifts for shifting purposes. sounded relly nonsense. what if someone has to be stretchered from 14th floor ? any comments ?
