    Visited the nitesh Flushing meadows in whitefield and seems like a home that would have been a great buy if I had seen it before during lunch. Very few homes left so seeing which tower to buy in and the handover is almost done.

    The cost of the project is 4750/sft, this product comes with amazing amenities. Its low rise apartment (G+3) with 450 units spread across 10.5 acres. Nice choice, if you looking for an end use with luxury living.

      How is Nitesh Melbourne Park compared to Mantri Web City. I heard there is Peripheral Ring Road proposed near Hennur. Is this true. Then it looks good for the investment here.

        Mantri webcity is a township project from Mantri Developers, which is spread across an area close to 44 acres with 2800(Approx.) apartments. There are also space reserved for the commercial activities within the project.

        Currently, Nitesh Melbourne park is on a Pre-Launch and similarly Mantri webcity has a Pre-EMI offer. So now it depends on the kind of product you would like to choose. If its a luxury lifestyle your looking, than Nitesh is the option.

        I got to know from one of my friend that the Price is going to be around 5000/Sft. Is it worth this price? I am able to get very good options for the same price in Whitefield region. I am not able to understand why the prices are so high towards North of Bangalore, especially Hennur and areas around hebbal.

          Firstly North Blore will see a lot of growth in terms of Major infrastructural projects like Information technology information region (ITIR) which will attract more than 3 million jobs, Devanahalli business park to be developed with an investment of $2.2 Billion and many more. So this will be preferred destinations for all the IT companies.

          Phase 2 Metro will start from Nagarwara to Gottigere on Bhannerghatta road, High Speed rail link to airport will start from Hebbal which is about 5KM from Hennur Road. There is a proposed 116KM Peripheral ring road, Hennur Road where this project is located will be widened to 120ft from 80ft and the list goes on….. So its anytime better to invest in North and Hennur will be the preferred location.

          Firstly After Hope Farm area is not proper whitefield because till hoskote which is 15 kms from hope farm , builders give address as whitefiled. Secondly after Kadugodi bridge area is very much deserted with some apartments but no good shops at all tlll many kms. Thrdily Roads are very narrow and loaded wit heavy traffic during working hours. Fourthly Govt is also not showing any interest in development of whitefiled after hope farm.
