    One of the worst builder. I have booked a flat in “B” tower with a promised completion date of Feb 2015. Till date it is not completed and the current status is far from satisfactory. It may take another one year to complete. Currently very slow progress of work at site . Very sad state fo affairs…keep away from this builder.

    One of the worst projects to invest.Nitesh is not a reliable builder and this project is getting delayed endlessly. Nitesh doesn’t have money to complete this project as he has routed all money from this project to newly launched projects. Construction has completely stopped with no hopes to start. those who purchased in NCS are lamenting and suffering. I will not recommend Nitesh to anyone. I am existing Customer of Nitesh.

      Looking for a 2 bhk very soon… surveyed the project…. project completion as per me is by dec 2016… one of the best project especially for investment in bangalore north…prices to go up by jan 2017 as per market survey .. best investment… and even for end use …
