    @MrShobbit…. I am not aware of what you have gone through or had what situation. Mantri Global Heights does not have Legal issues and it definitely is took over from Rakesh Heights which they clearly mentioned.

    The interiors have been done good, and they have promised to replace anything that is not good in quality. The geysers in all bathrooms, geyser in kitchen, piped gas supply, DG back up, kitchen closets and ceiling fans were also provided.

    I think they are actually quoting a reasonable price, ie its 3800 per sq ft when I enquired last week. They are expecting another 15 families to move in this month..

    Moreover, they are even giving laminated wooden flooring to all the bedrooms from 3rd floor and higher… Guess its a fair deal and they are involved more than marketing… Mantri would not be planning to lose its Brand name by acquiring a project and Coning someone.

    PLEASE STAY AWAY! from mantri global heights, I have booked and then cancelled, there are legal issues with the apartment, they have been unable to get electricity connections. Finishing is poor and they refuse to up the quality and make it better. Mantri is involved as an eye wash only and are responsible for marketing, the real owners are Rakesh builders and they behave like any other small time con builders. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
