    I had visited few properties in phase2 including thisi was not happy with the plan, and the cost is not matchable when compared to other properties around. I do not understand why are they coating so high. Am not ready to shell so much money just because he is promising me 50 amenities. And also the builder has hardly completed 2 projects till date so looking around for few more properties heard about vmaks properties would like to know about it can anyone let me know the details ?/

    I am new to Bangalore was checking out the property in ecity phase2 i visited many projects there but this project is coating high where as other projects are better than this in all the aspects so i would suggest them to reduce the cost and i dont think so they will be giving possession on time

    This is not the price running in that locality, only the amenities part is good, i amm not satisfied with the floor plan nor the specifications. When the coat is high the specifications should also be matching the price, and i saw few properties near by which is starting from 29l and with good amenities like vmaks i am quiet interested in vmaks venus

    i visited the couple of properties in ecity phase II last week i kinda liked the location of the project and also happy with the amenities too but unhappy with the plan and also the price they are coating …. When enquired about mahendra i heard that they have not handed over their any projects on time as i visited the property i can see that it takes more time than they promised … so i am in bit confusion whether to go with this project r not … can any one suggest other better property which has completed many projects in ananthnagar

    I had visited few properties in phase2 including this, firstly would like to thank the sales team der very co-operative, But i wasnt happy with the plan, and the cost is not matchable when compared to other properties around. I do not understand why are they coating so high. Am not ready to shell so much money just because he is promising me 50 amenities. And also the builder has hardly completed 2 projects till date. I would give 5 of 10 to the property.

      last week i visited properties in electronic city phase 2 and i liked the project called vmaks venus and also concord epitome i felt its worth investing in any of these projects the plans are good and also vmaks venus is offering no Pre EMI scheme until the possession i would suggest you to have look at these properties ….

    I had visited this project 2 weeks before . The property seems to be in a good location but i felt personally that the prices are too high & quality of construction seems to be very bad . When enquired about mahendra i heard that they have not handed over their any projects on time . But looking at the current construction status i feel this project may also get delayed. I had visited few more properties in the same location like prakruthi soliatre & vmaks heights which was bit interior but vmaks project fulfilled me in all aspects such pricing , quality & moreover its a ready to move in as well. Looking forward to book in vmaks heights if pricing matches my budget. But before that i wanted to know are they giving oc & cc because they have promised me when i visited. If anyone can suggest me it would be great for my further discussions with vmaks.

    Smallest variant starts from 50+ and the posession is still 2 yrs for sure, while the other properties around are at much better range which is the other side of Ananthnagar from the fruit market… the roads are very bad but hope its happening in the coming time still not that worth in that locality considering the specifications he is giving.

    This property is wonderful only on location priority, but i hope the Ananthnagar is too crowded these days. Cost is on higher side being still 2yrs for the posession,am still looking into few other options in the same locality. Can any refer me some other affordable genuine builder?? it would be helpful

      Hi , please have a look at the VMAKS property near by in Ananthnagar phase2, you have very few selections as now its a ready to move, prices are also attractive. I have booked a unit there hope you will like it.

    I had visited this property couple of days back. the only requirement which suited was the location, apart from that i was not satisfied with their product as well their consturction quality & per sft price also seems to be very high for that location . I too visited other properties like vmaks heights , pragati amber in the same location comparitively the prices of vmaks heights are very attractive & their construction quality was really good . Investing such huge amount in aarna its better to invest in heights as its a ready to move in with all world class amenities where a common man can leave peacefully. However they have promised that roads will be done with couple of months apart from that i feel that investing in heights will be worthfull comparitively with other projects in anathnagar .

    I also visited the property but the builder is quote is high, property has too many amenities which is a high maintenance after the possession, there quality is normal and the worst part is the sales team, they arent professional, am planning to visit few more properties around this week Concorde & Vmaks, willsurely not suggest AARNA on the price wise

    Hi i did enquire here, cost seems to be on the higher side and i doubt the TOT…project is located in the best location when it comes to ANanthnagar, but i feel the commute would be still better through the fruit market side once the roads are done. There are soo many projects around that locality ready to move as well.. I have finalised a property @ VMAKS HEIGHTS in the same locality, they are very competitive cost wise as well they have delivered many projects around so the builder is known well in that locality and accessible. And the best part is am shifting to my new home in 20days..

    I had visited this property seems to be in good location, but as per my knowledge the prices in that location seems to be high when compared to concorde & vmaks which is in the same location. And they have promised that they will give the possession by 2020 which is something like not possible to hand over by seeing the current construction status. However my overall opinion is that instead of investing in this property its better to invest in vmaks heights which is a ready to move in & i too came across that vmaks is having many completed projects in the same location & construction wise vmaks seems to be very good compared to aarna. And enquiring about aarna i came to know that they have failed too give the possession on time in their previuos projects also.
