    North bangalore is good for investment, but my very latest personal experience with legacy vivienda management is that they are not bothered about end user satisfaction or benefit to end user in terms of good residential life or property appreciation over a period. All they want is to quote a higher price and make profit for themselves. Prices that they are quoting are too high for the carpet area esp for a 2bhk that I checked out,in the located area.
    ****People who would not have any value for their money, would make a deal and agree to purchase a flat with such management quoting a price too high for their own benefit. ***

      Devanahalli is exquisitely located in North Bangalore and is reachable by NH7, also known as Bellary Road or Bangalore Hyderabad Highway. Stretch on NH7 from Hebbal to Devanahalli is well planned and expanded to six lanes will minimize the traveling time to Bangalore international airport.

      Devanahalli houses the Bangalore International Airport which is considered to be the second largest airport in the country. Northern region of Bangalore is an upcoming real estate hub due to this airport. Airport connectivity to this area has improved with the widening of arterial roads.

      Hi Vikas,

      Currently the northern part of the Bangalore city is nascent markets which are expected to emerge as locations with high rentals in the next five years.

      At present, the average rental for a 2BR apartment in and around of Hebbal and Thanisandra Road is more or less Rs 20,000-25,000 per month.

      One can see the appreciation of land value in this region, around 15-18 percent annum.

    Infrastructure Development has played critical role in the growth of residential real estate market and commercial activities in this belt.

    Bengaluru North has become the preferred and perfect destination for home investors and buyers. The only reason for this is Existing infrastructure of the locale such as enhanced connectivity through the ORR (Outer Ring Road), National Highway Authority of India’s (NHAI) elevated expressway to the airport. This ensures seamless travel. With enhanced connectivity, reduced travel time, the northern belt will be attractive even to the employee engaged in the IT/ITeS sector of Whitefield and in the Sarjapur-Marathahalli through ORR belt.”
