    Hi,i am looking for investment purpose in sarjapur road. Im so confused,on which property to invest on ! And i am very much concerned about RERA and CC&OC approvals.

    Golden Gate Builder and it’s management in BANGALORE are worse people I have ever met and interacted. Paid 3 Lacs booking amount in APR-2016 and cancelled my booking in MAY-2016. As per their policy, booking amount should be refunded within 90 days after cancellation. It’s DEC-2017 and I have still not received my money.

      This is one of the worst builder in Bangalore. I would never recommend anyone to invest there. Even, In my case also , I am still struggling for my 3 lac.

        I also invested in pre-launch and till date builder keeps dilly-dallying on its status. I guess we need to go as a group and fight with the builder. My mobile no. and would be looking forward to talk to others who want to come together

    Anybody visited the site booked in pre launch. I am interested in this property.

      We have booked a flat in Golden days in April but in the context of BBMP’s stern actions on Encroachments of SWD/Lake beds , the approvals for this property is taking additional time, though builder is saying that they would get the approvals by Oct2016.
      The concern is that this is located in between Kasvanahalli lake and Kaokondarahalli lake and hence there is a possibility that approvals might not be easy for this property.. Other adjacent properties like Shriram’s Chirping woods & Bren Emperia is already under fire

        Even i have booked a flat but as you mentioned due to the BBMP recent drive on lake beds and SWD, i think Golden Days will take some more time for approvals… Even sales folks are also not responsive as they kept on saying that they are in process of getting the approvals. As per the marketing team, the plan ( from April 2016) is slightly modified but still i suspect if they could get the approvals this year.. My mail is vababup@gmail.com.. .those who has already booked pl drop in a mail to me so that we can all take informed and right decision…
