    Anyone booked the property here and legals are cleared, I booked here but getting legal clearance has issues due to property purchased from HDIL by godrej.

When I started searching across the internet for a good apartment project near Sarjapur, many projects popped on across the first page, but the offers of Godrej Lake Gardens clearly attracted me to seek more information about the project. While I started seeking more information and details on the project, I was told that the project is developed with nature as its backdrop, more than 3 hectares of green landscape is part of this project, this would ensure a good view from within the project, and the residents can be rest assured for a good and greener viewpoint. A beautiful and scenic lake view could be enjoyed by all the residents, as Kaikondarahalli Lake is well within the viewpoint of the project, this would enhance the overall beauty of the environment. As I saw and experienced Godrej Lake Gardens, it did bring in a phenomenal change within me, within my physical being and my mind, the project stayed in me for a longer period and thereafter I took my family and few friends to have a final decision on buying the apartment. Well, as every other project has some attractive features and amenities, Godrej Lake Gardens has its own set of amenities that could make an impact on one’s mind. When I came across Godrej Lake Gardens the first thing that stuck me was the nature’s trail and the 3 plus hectare development of green landscaping and gardening, since I am a nature’s lover and this aspect quite naturally attracted me towards procuring more information. The other amenities doesn’t matter much for me as they always take a backseat, the nature’s trail is the most amazing feature and aspect at the Godrej Lake Gardens and I am waiting to be a part of this magnificent natural, green and forest like project. When I was considering of buying an apartment I wanted the amenities to take the breath out of me meaning I wanted a host of amenities that could impact me in a big way. While I was on the hunt of a similar project, I came across the Godrej Lake Gardens project through one of my friend who works for an IT company, she told me that my dream project is coming up near Sarjapur and is developed by a very reputed and popular builder of the country. Yes the name firstly made a direct impact on me; I wanted to know more about the lake that Godrej is referring in their project name. When I visited the location the place over-whelmed me and made a direct connect to my heart and my mind, the bird observatory feature is very unique and special only to Godrej lake garden project as they have smartly piggy-backed on the beautiful lake close by the project. I am looking forward to live in this place and awaiting to impact me I a big way.
