    Today morning (Aug 08,19) morning received a call from Godrej customer service regarding the Reserve project. She told me that today they are offering the plots at a discounted price , close to 18 lakhs reduction on some sites . I visited the site after driving 50 KM’s, spending more than an hour in traffic with high expectations about the project, Project was launched in Dec 18, hardly any work is done, there is no price reduction, just trying to attract customers to visit the site. They still don’t have proper pricing details, simply saying they are relaunching the project. What they are doing is showing a price sheet that says East facing additional 600 per sft, Infrastructure charges 1300 per sft and so on and now they are reducing these figures , they have simply jacked up the prices in the sheet and saying they are reducing the price.
    Don’t waste your time in visiting the location, get the pricing details and then visit if you are OK with pricing. Complete disappointed after visiting the site location.
