CODENAME FIVE RINGS is at a distance of 3 kms from Sarjapura and is accessible by a 40ft wide tar road. Civil work has already begun at some stretches of STRR

The proposed Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) which will be 75M in width and Satellite Town Ring Road(STRR) which will be 90M in width will further enhance the connectivity to major locations like the International Airport, Hosur Industrial Area and Electronic City.

    PLZ DONT MAKE ANY BOOKINGS WITH CODENAME FIVE RINGS. They are just a bunch of liers. 1stly this property is located almost very close to Tamilnadu (Ull get a “welcome to tamilnadu” msg on your mobile once u reach that place and also find boards in tamil and not kannada). Once u reach there u`ll find many professionally trained people explaining about their property location and also about upcoming roads and projects around them which not even GOVT. has thought about. After that comes the marketing executive who is well trained to give false statements . They some how want us to purchase their flats and made us pay a sum of Rs.27,000. They also clearly told that they will refund the money with 24hrs if we cancel our booking. But the very next day when i went der to cancel my booking they explained me a big cancellation procedure. When asked about it they give all lame answers . I have been roaming around them and made 100`s of calls to get back my money but every time they say next week money will be refunded and the money neva came. Finally wen we threatened to file a complaint then they started the refund process after 2 months and returned only Rs.26,400. When asked about this they told there are few charges applicable. They neva mention about various applicable charges and dont explain the cancellation policy . I am totally disappointed with them. I doubt if they can give the property constructed on time and give it or not without any additional hidden charges. PLZ DONT BELIEVE THESE BUNCH OF LIERS AND SUFFER LIKE ME.

      Extremely sorry to hear that you did not go ahead with the project. At the end of the day it’s your decision and we respect that.

      Addressing to your issues now,

      Firstly, the STRR committee is formed now and a 364 km STRR is proposed by the government. As of now, the road widening is also being done for the Sarjapur Road.

      Secondly, regarding the cancellation: The booking form filled by you clearly states that the refund for any cancellation will be done within 30-45 days with a deduction of 10,000/- as a cancellation fee. But we decided to waive off the cancellation fee and 2.5% was being charged by the bank as it was a swipe transaction.
