    Is the Brigade plumeria, Kanakapura Road has more potential in terms of capital appreciation, ROI, Rentals, Proximity to social infrastructure etc?

The connecting roads from the project are Kanakapura Road 0.6km, Nice Road 6km, Nice Road Banashankari 6.9km. The city connections of the project are The Valley School 4km, BGS Global Hospital 9km, Hejjala Railway Station 10km, Fabmall India Pvt Ltd 10km, Honeywell Technology Solutions 12km. Kanakapura Road is a very good location. It has great connectivity to Electronic City, Hosur and Sarjapur. It is very close proximity to Jayanagar and JP Nagar. In future, the connectivity will improve with Metro in place. Brigade Plumeria project neighbourhood is well developed and have excess to hospitals, schools, etc and even the connectivity is convenient. So, Brigade Plumeria project has more potential in terms of capital appreciation, ROI, rentals, proximity to social infrastructure.
