    Arrogant and brainless executives. I requested OC, the lady till now did not send. We don’t know who is the owner or proprietor. Nothing seems transparent. The last executives are a nuisance. I dropped buying this property.

    as per builder concern zero ethics while forming association like refunding of carpus fund,
    While making association Brigade will play differently .
    In this project still 10 Percent of works are pending to complete by Brigade, but that they are not ready to do.
    Quality of work is very poor it is like normal builder standards they follow.

    As per my experience this property is not good for Investment and Living.

    Worst place to stay. They say far from the city, no noise pollution etc. But there is no single day without noise here. Everyday there is either interior works, drilling and exterior works going on. The work is never said to be complete here in brigade meadows. m staying since 2.5 years thankfully on rent and even now u could see some works going on for the exterior walls. The drilling sound cause so much noise that u feel atleast the traffic sound in cities would be better. They don’t restrict for the interior works to be done at site even when there are so many occupants now. They should allow only for installation works here as it could reduce some noise. The building acoustics is not good..Very low quality maintainance. Even the bathroom fittings are of low quality.. Drainage problems in utility caused the waste water from washing machine to flow out of the drain. Then v had to call the plumber to get it fixed. These kind of problems are almost faced by most of my friends staying in this apartment. I would never recommend it to my friends.

    Brigade Meadows is a nice place which is ideal for people who want to live far from hustle bustle of city living. Very peaceful self contained township with a great brand name behind it. I saw the ready to move-in apartments ( Wisteria ) which are up for sale. My impression is a mix of feelings. The flats are well lit and decent architectural planning goes with them. But they are over priced at the present moment with many features missing from flats. For example, they come with a bare kitchen with no platform given. While this allows flexibility in building a kitchen platform to the owner’s convenience, it adds to the cost substantially. The flooring is not all that great and not a premium flooring even at that high cost. Rest other features are standard with minimal wow factor. The best part of this scheme is actually once you step out of your house and enjoy the abundant space within the gated community. Not sure, if that remains as good once the full scheme gets occupied. Currently, the rentals are much lower and that makes it not a worthy proposition to buy at that high rate ( Rs 85 L total price for a 3 BHK as quoted )unless you want to stay there personally.
