    I had visited brigade golden triangle and salarpuria celesta for my own purpose.
    I however like celesta more coz of the plan and connectivity but they are quoting 79 lac+ reg,for only land owner it worth spending this much??
    My 2nd preferred option would be BGT where builder is quoting 75+ reg. is it worth??are they charging more?
    but I find concerns here like BGT doesn’t have borewells! Is it true?? There are tankers only.
    Secondly no shops nearbuy for day to day needs.
    Please suggest which out of two is a gud option to buy for my own purpose.

    I want to know if it’s a good property to buy considering appreciation in future ? Or the projects towards hebbal are better from future appreciation perspective? Also any reviews on NCC urban meadows II?

      Obviously Brigade is having good brand name in terms of appreciation. For example you can see Brigade Metropolis, Brigade Harmony. Price has been doubled within three years. As per as Hebbal side concern there is a stage of saturation but in location where Brigade golden is there you can see lot of actions are happening over there like KEB acquired 200 Acres land, Shriram Acquired 80 Acres land, prestige acquired 38 Acres land. Other top builders like Salarpuria, Nitesh are also launching the project. As per as NCC urban meadows, that location is also almost on Saturation level in terms of development. So you have more potential towards old Madras road.
