    This place is an operational disaster under a decent looking exterior, as one of the early residents here, we have had to deal with repeated and severe leakages, seepage in different walls, issues with wooden floors having to be ripped off due to water flowing into bedrooms. This is apparently because the building is tall and pressure management is a challenge.

    Corridors collect rain water as they have not been sloped correctly and enter the lift shafts.

    And to top it all, there are apparently plans to install stack parkings as they did not plan enough parking. This will add tens of lakhs in AMC costs for the association. Hopefully we can get this plan changed at least.

    Fittings are by and large average quality, they have installed cheap sliding doors which get jammed, the locks get stuck, beadings come out, and this is not even a two year old building.

    I am exploring Brigade Exotica – however considering the location and the present infrastructure, i am not totally convinced. What other options do i have in the same price range? How about Prestige lakeside habitat? Or is there any other villa project in the vicinity that could offer similar, if not the same, experience at similar price? Ive heard that there are a few options on the road connecting Budigere circle to Hope farm? What would your suggestion be?

In today’s scenario traffic is calculating on the basis of timing. If we talk about IT park then with 15 KM radios you will get ITPL, brigade tech park, GR tech park, SAP, Accenture building, tesco building.Obviously it is luxury and big dimension 3BHK and 4BHK project. Already it is appreciated around Rs1,000/- per square feet within 1.5 years. So in future also it will be expected around 30% appreciation per year because already lot off actions are happening like new projects like Salarpuria East crest, prestige tranquility, Shriram greenfield, Nitesh virgin Island, Brigade golden triangle. have come. So you can go with this project
