What is the process of agreement, duration of agreement and registration?

The documents that need to be signed are Booking Form & Agreement to sell. In case the customer opts for home loan, depending on the bank/HFI he/she may have to sign a tripartite agreement with the builder and bank. During registration Sale Deed has to be signed.

Registration is the process wherein the title of the property is transferred from the builder to the customer. This involves execution of the Sale Deed in the presence of the Sub-Registrar on payment of the requisite charges. Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Agreement to sell and an agreement to construct followed by sale deed, upon completion of the development.

What will be the cancellation charges and process, if I want to cancel my booking before or after the agreement?

However, if you do wish to cancel before agreement (after signing the Booking Form) as per the terms of the Booking Form. Rs. 50.000 will be deducted as cancellation charges and balance refunded.
