    Hi,

    I saw Bren Imperia today. Pretty impressive. Also the builder is willing to negotiate the pricing. In all, it will come upto 90L for a rather spacious 3bhk. I am looking at prelaunch/under construction options.

    Is this a good option? I saw someone calling out risks pertaining to approvals at pre launch stage. Isnt Bren is reputed builder?

      HI Guys…I visited the Bren imperia last month i liked the location,But prices seems to be very high..Near Bren imperia SJR has one more project called Watermark ,v good location and ready to move in ..prices are similar to imperia..
