    I am planning to buy a flat at Bren champions square.

    Does anyone have dates for possession given by builder.
    A s per RERA the dates are Sep2020.

    Does anyone have update on this.

      As per agreement the possession dates given by the builder is April 2019, Which might get extended for another 6 months (Oct 2019 grace period).

        Thanks for the data.
        What if they skip the date , are they giving you any compensation.

        I heard the RERA date for completion is SEP 2020.
        What is your feeling seeing the construction progress . Are they going to finish in another 1.5 years ??
        That doesn’t seems to be a reasonable date.

        What are your thoughts?

    Hi,
    I was about to book from land owner, then i have dropped the plan because of following reason.
    1. Land owner company has to register under Rera,
    2. They have to open 2 account Escrow & Rera Account.
    3. They are asking to sign there agreement, which is not approved by Rera Authority and also no where it is binding builder.
    4. The agreement will not cover if any delay happens to project possession.
    5. I checked with HDFC guy they denied to give loan to Land owner unit though i have salary account with them.
    6. Builder is giving free German Modular Kitchen, where land owner is giving Goodies which they are not ready to mention anywhere, (May be after reading this they will try to justify)
    7. In the final meeting when i asked how you have calculated GST, and i asked some technical things as my father is a contractor he told me to check, they were unable to answer and they told me i will give discount you please fill the application and give me the cheque.

      What is the possession date given by the builder.
      As per RERA is SEP 2020.

      Have they promised you with a different date. Do you have an agreement done for that ??

      Heard Some ppl have initiated legal action against the market ring guy rajvardhan for miscelling. Also they have hidden tds info from the customer’s and now they are in trouble for huge penalty

        Heard that the marketing guy had concealed some hidden charges like TDS and they will ask it at the time of registration only …Is the guy the same person ?
