    Assetz Lumos has been constructed beautifully and for the amenities it delivers, it is totally worth the price and will not burn your pockets considering the real estate scenario.

    It is worth to evaluate few thing before going ahead for booking very before to actual Agreement in written

    i. Cancellation charges which can be cancelled either by You or Builder

    ii. Resale Charges, Payment schedule and late payment fee, Project delay compensation – good to have as per RERA guidelines

    iii.Don’t be pray of Agents who can tell it is last flat available and so many customers are asking for it

    iv. Is project registered with real estate regulatory authority(RERA) to protect your rights and hard earned money?

    v. Read all the agreement copy

    vi. Evaluate all offers/freebies offered by Agents with actual price offered in the market

    Yeah, Its Good for investment. They give you options for customizing interiors, golf courses villas and are popular in market. Reasonable prices for good homes too.

      Yes, investing in north zone of Bangalore will give you good rate of return in future, because today north Bangalore is considered as a major IT hub and real estate giant. The multidirectional growth of the city has turned as preferred real estate destination for many individuals, especially for Non Resident Indians who are planning to return back to India from abroad.

      The potential for appreciation in north Bangalore is comparatively higher than east zone. Due to the rapid development, market trend suggests an appreciation rate of approximately 20- 30%.

    hey samarth, good property if you are looking to stay but prices in yeshwantpur are high alredy. lumos is about 7k per feet which is less compared to others. can see many images online and location is good also.

    I was on a lookout for a flat in Yeshwantpur, I did my research and found top builders in that location. i personally found assetz to be the prominent one out of the lot being located close to WTC. although this is still an underway project. does anybody have an idea about this project?

Since I live in Dubai, this is not possible and would appreciate if anybody could share their opinion on this.

    I was look out for a flat in Yeshwanthpur, i did my research and found top builders in that location. I personally found assetz to be the prominent one out of the lot. Although this is still underway project. Does anybody have an idea about this project?
