    Arsis developers is one of the best and leading developers in bangalore compared to others. Recently one of my colleague booked 2bhk flat in Charitha Green woods.

    Everything is nice in Charitha . They are using modern methodology techniques for constructions.

    Arsis people are expertise in finalizing the requirements of clients.

    Customer service and staff courtesy are extremely good. And these people have excellent relationship management with clients.

    Overall everything is nice in Arsis Developers.

    Arsis Developers are good. They deliver what they committed during possession. I personally Redmond this project for everyone, rather paying high ticket for other BIG BRANDS, Arsis is Good for Budget Luxury Living.

    Major Facilities are:
    * 24 x 7 Security
    * Swimming pool & Gym
    * Party Hall ( which is really helpful to do any small home get to gather events)

    This builder is a cheater. Earlier, It was known as SriCharitha developer and Now, they are known as Arsis Developers.
    Pedda Reddy and his son Arjun Reddy are fraudster.
    Charitha Classic in Thubarahalli is their earlier project. Till now they have not handed over the project completely.
    Charitha Greenwoods on Thubarahalli Extended Road is another project. People started living here from 2014 and still all the amenities were not done and not handed over.

    Money should not be wasted by buying flats here.

    4 Borewell — for water 4 Borewells with working conditions — All 4 never worked in the past. Now depend fully on tanker
    5 Rain water Harvesting — NOT YET PLANNED NOT YET PLANNED. — NO place for implement.
    6 STP — Installed — Not FULLY Working. Most of the time, Water runs into the drain outside
    7 Solar water heater — Installed — NOT WORKING

    8 Pool — Delivered. — NO safety measures around the pool
    9 Club room — Delivered. — NO, INDOOR games yet.
    10 Play Area — Delivered — Delivered
    11 Badminton Court — Delivered — Delivered
