    I am so glad that I decided to invest in this property. I was wondering if it would live up to the pictures and the brochure but the minute I went and visited it, I knew that it had surpassed my expectations. Not only did the builders deliver all that they had promised but the project also had a classy finish to the fittings and flooring that improved the entire look of the apartment. The clean and precise plastering and paint job made me feel like I was getting my money’s worth with this investment.

    1) I also feel that the project is lying low and feels like its on a lake bed….Please confirm me once again…!! sorry, am asking the question again coz, my eyes are still rolling around the project and found that it is in a low land..!!!
    2) Also, I am interested in phase I – 2.5 BHK of this project and ready to purchase it as it fits within my budget. But when checked with the marketing team they are telling that they donot have 2.5 & 2 BHKs at all… and all their brouchers tell about 2 & 2.5 BHK availability but the sales team is denying that… Can you please check and confirm them if really 2.5 BHK is not available or wheat ?

    I am interested in this project, but i have a few questions which the builder has not been able to answer. I would appreciate your prompt response

    1) The builder initially claimed that this project was approved by all major nationalized and private banks. I have checked with SBI, Corporation Bank, Citibank & ICICI, none of these banks have this project listed on their website as approved project. This leads me to suspicion that the mother deed of this project seems to have some issues which the builder is hiding. When this was discussed with the sales executive, he agreed it is not approved by these banks but you can get a loan for this project as it is approved by BDA.
    2) This project is in a low lying place and somehow it makes me think this project has been built in a lake bed.

    I would appreciate your clarification on the above points.

    • Ajmera Stone Park is approved by SBI, ICICI, AXIS Bank, HDFC BANK and Punjab National Bank.

      Though it is not published on the website of the aforesaid Banks but I am sure the approval related documents are with the builder. The builder could not have started the construction unless they had the approval in place. For commencement of construction requires the following approvals i.e. BDA Approval (Building Plan, Layout approval, Basic amenities approval) , NOC (NOC from pollution board, NOC from the neighboring properties, NOC from municipality, NOC from lift authorities), Completion Certificate, Approval for conversion of land, Approval from Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd (BESCOM), Approval from Bangalore Water Sanitary and Sewage board (BWSSB) and Bank Approval.

      Certainly, this project is in a low lying place but it is not built in a lake Bed. The lake is about 750 meters away from the project.
